Vault of Souls & Franklin Exchange Behind-the-Scenes Tour

Join NAIOP Tampa Bay for an exciting behind-the-scenes tour of the unique Halloween experience, The Vault of Souls in downtown Tampa.  Guests will learn about the innovative special effects used in The Vault of Souls to create a personalized interactive haunt experience like no other.  We will hear from the creator, Scott Swenson, formerly the Creative Director at Busch Garden's Howl-O-Scream. We will also learn how The Wilson Company has re-purposed the 1923 Exchange National Bank building over the years and converted empty office space into a 1920’s speakeasy, and we will get a tour of The Wilson Company's Franklin Exchange project. 

When: Wednesday, October 28 (moved from 10/21) 

Where: The Vault at Franklin Exchange, 611 N. Franklin Street, Tampa, 33602 

Time:  Networking & Cocktails - 5:30 PM 

           Program & Tours begin - 6 PM (please arrive by 6 PM) 

           Networking & Cocktails - 7-8 PM

Cost:  NAIOP DL Members - $20
           NAIOP Members - $30
           Non-members & Guests - $35

Your registration includes hors d'oeuvres and two drink tickets.  Parking is available in the surface lot across the street from The Vault for $10 or metered street parking is available.

**Please note:  This event is behind-the-scenes only, nothing scary or haunted will occur. If you are interested in experiencing The Vault of Souls on a Friday or Saturday night in October, a separate ticket can be purchased here.
